Multi-sector collective · Ghana

Specialists from different fields, under one roof.

SKETech is not a software agency. It is a collective. Software development and IT consultation, and architecture, are open and taking work today. Finance and business, and law, are next.

Mentorship applications are open.

Sectors

Four disciplines. Two open today.

Every sector is led by people who practise it for a living. When a brief needs more than one of them, they sit at the same table instead of emailing across companies.

Live

Software Development & IT Consultation

Systems that work on Monday morning.

We build the software and we stay for the part after launch: the hosting, the accounts, the training, the thing that breaks at an inconvenient hour. If you already have systems, we will tell you honestly what to keep and what to replace.

  • Web and mobile applications
  • Backend systems, APIs and integrations
  • Cloud setup, deployment and monitoring
  • IT consultation, systems audits and migrations
  • Data, dashboards and reporting
  • Documentation, training and handover
Live

Architecture

Building plans and design, drawn to be built.

From the first conversation about a site through to the drawing set your contractor works from and your district assembly will accept. Design that respects the budget you actually have, not the one a render implies.

  • Residential and commercial design
  • Working drawings and permit sets
  • 3D visualisation and walkthroughs
  • Site analysis and space planning
  • Renovations, extensions and remodels
  • Contractor documentation and support
Expanding

Finance & Business

Company setup, books, models and advisory.

Registration, bookkeeping, financial modelling and business advisory. We are speaking with the practitioners who will lead this sector and will open it when the standard is right, not before.

Expanding

Law

Contracts, compliance and commercial advisory.

Agreements that hold up, company and regulatory filings, and advice you can act on. Opening once qualified practitioners are in place to own it properly.

How we work

The same four steps, whatever we are making.

A building plan and a payment system are different crafts with the same failure modes: a vague brief, a moving scope, and silence in the middle. This is how we avoid all three.

  1. 01

    Brief

We sit with you until we can repeat back what you need in your own words. If the work touches more than one sector, those specialists are in the room from the first conversation, not introduced later.

  2. 02

    Scope

You get it in writing before anything starts: what is being made, who is making it, what it costs, and the date each piece lands. Changes are priced and agreed, never absorbed quietly.

  3. 03

    Build

The work moves in visible stages and you review at the end of each one. A drawing set at concept, developed and detailed; software at each working increment. Nothing disappears for six weeks and arrives as a surprise.

  4. 04

    Handover

You receive the finished work and everything that belongs with it: files, drawings, source code, credentials, documentation. It is yours. Then we stay reachable for the questions that only come up afterwards.

Work

Selected work across our sectors.

Projects are listed with the outcome first and the tools second, because that is the order that matters to the person paying for them.

Nothing published here yet.

We are finishing current work with clients before we write about it, and we do not publish anything without their agreement. If you want to see examples relevant to your brief, ask and we will send them directly.

Mentorship

The SKETech Mentorship is running now.

A structured programme for people who want to get genuinely good at software or architecture. Not a webinar series, not a group chat, not a certificate you print at the end.

Applications open

Rolling intake. We review applications every week and reply either way, including when the answer is no.

What you get

A mentor who does the work

You are matched with someone practising in your sector day to day, in software or architecture. Not a generalist reading from a curriculum they downloaded.

Real briefs, marked honestly

You work on actual problems and your work comes back annotated: line by line for code, drawing by drawing for design. Praise is specific and so is criticism.

Fixed hours, every week

Scheduled sessions you can build a week around, plus written feedback in between. We hold the time; you show up for it.

Work you can show

You finish with a portfolio piece you can put in front of an employer or a client, and a reference from the person who supervised it.

Who it is for

  • Students and recent graduates in computer science, IT, or architecture
  • Self-taught people who can already build a little and want structure around it
  • Working professionals moving into software or architecture from another field
  • Anyone who can commit real hours each week and wants to be told the truth about their work

We would rather run this with ten serious mentees than a hundred names on a list. Places are limited by how many people our specialists can supervise properly.

Apply

This is an application, not a mailing list. Tell us enough to judge it seriously.

Be realistic. We plan around this.

Anything you have made. Rough work is fine. We would rather see it than not.

What you want to be able to do at the end, and what you have tried so far.

Join us

Lead a sector. Or join one.

SKETech grows by adding people, never by renaming itself. If you are good at what you do and you want your discipline represented here properly, there is room, including in sectors we have not opened yet.

What we look for

You practise, you don't just manage

Working specialists who still do the work themselves. We are not looking for people to supervise a craft from a distance.

You can own a sector

Set the standard, take the briefs, price the work, and bring in the people you already trust. Sector leads run their own discipline.

You are straight with clients

Clear scope, honest timelines, and a phone that gets answered when something goes wrong. This is the part we will not compromise on.

Tell us about yourself

If your field is not listed, choose “Another field” and name it. Some of the best sectors start that way.

What you do, the work you are proudest of, and what you would want to build here.

Contact

Start a project with us.

Tell us what you are trying to build. If it belongs in more than one sector, say so. That is the case we are built for. If we are not the right people, we will say that too.
